This task force is responsible for reviewing and advising the City Council on services and coordinated efforts to address homelessness, and provides a forum to discuss business and community concerns related to the impacts of homelessness.

Frequency: 2nd Monday, Semi-Annually (May and November)
Time: 9:00 a.m.
 Location: Palm Desert City Hall

This task force consists of seven (7) members appointed by the City Council, including:

·       Two (2) members of the business community;

·       Two (2) community members (one with lived experience of homelessness);

·       One (1) at-large member;

·       The Chair of the Public Safety Committee (or designee) appointed annually; and

·       The Chair of the Housing Commission (or designee) appointed annually.
