Board Information

Reviews the building architecture and landscape design of all commercial and residential development and modifications to assure compatibility with the City's objectives and policies.

Frequency: 2nd and 4th Tuesdays monthly

Time: 12:30 p.m.

Location: Palm Desert City Hall 

The Commission strives to maintain a membership composition that includes:

The following professionals:

a. Architect, three members;

b. Landscape architect/designer, one member;

And may include three members of the following:

a. Development industry professional;

b. Member of the public who represents the community at large and is knowledgeable in the design or architectural field;

c. Non-resident with professional expertise as an architect or landscape architect/designer.
